AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Amend KRS 508.025 to include an assault upon a public or private elementary or secondary school employee within its provisions.
SB 80 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, R. Jones II) - Define assault in the third degree to include when an actor recklessly, with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, or intentionally causes or attempts to cause physical injury to an employee of the Department of Juvenile Justice employed as a social worker or a community services worker.
HCS/LM/CI - Amend to remove provisions relating to juvenile justice social workers.
