AN ACT relating to compensation for members of the General Assembly.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 6 to require that legislative pay shall not be adjusted for inflation in excess of the lesser of the cost of living adjustment as determined by the Consumer Price Index for Urban Consumers or the annual increment given to state employees; specify that no annual increase in legislative pay is mandated.
