AN ACT relating to crimes and punishment.
     Amend KRS 525.105 to change the penalty for desecration of venerated objects in the first degree from a Class D felony to a Class C felony; amend KRS 525.115 to provide that all offenses of the crime of violating graves shall be Class D felonies.
