AN ACT relating to a civil action against the Commonwealth for wrongful imprisonment.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 411 to permit a convicted felon who was wrongfully incarcerated to bring an action in Circuit Court for wrongful incarceration; place limits on damage awards; provide protections for a crime victim who might be called as a witness in the proceedings.
