AN ACT relating to public safety.
     Amend KRS 17.170 to include in DNA testing and the DNA database all felonious sex offenders, including public offenders, and all violent offenders, including public offenders; include in DNA testing and the DNA database all individuals convicted of burglary in the first degree or burglary in the second degree; amend KRS 17.175 to conform.
