AN ACT relating to school closings for elections.
Amend KRS 158.070 to permit school closings for primary elections.
SB 99 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions; add provision that a school may be closed rather than required to be closed on the day of a regular election, except for Presidential election years.
