Require the Auditor of Public Accounts to audit the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund to determine the solvency of the fund and the ability of the fund to absorb KLEPF funding for State Police and to absorb KLEPF funding for Vehicle Enforcement officers; require audit of the Department of Criminal Justice Training.
