Direct the Transportation Cabinet to name the bridge under construction linking KY 15 and KY 3193 in Breathitt County the "Hays Bridge" and to erect appropriate signs.
SJR 16 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, H. Collins) - Change the name to be used on the new bridge under construction in Breathitt County linking KY-15 and KY 3193 from the "Hays Bridge" to the "Hays Depot Bridge".
HCA (2/Title, H. Collins) - Amend the title to read as follows: "A JOINT RESOLUTION designating the "Hays Depot Bridge" in Breathitt County.
CCR - The Conference Committee on SJR 16 met and cannot agree.
FCCR - Retain the provisions of the GA Version of SJR 16 and House Committee Amendment #1 to SJR 16 and add the following provisions: Sections 1 and 2 of the GA version of SJR 113, Sections 1 and 2 of SJR 183, Sections 1, 2, and 3 of the GA version of SCR 157, Sections 2 and 3 of SR 203, Sections 2 and 3 of the GA version of HJR 37, Sections 1 and 2 of the GA version of HJR 39, Sections 1 and 2 of the GA version of HJR 46, Sections 1 and 2 of the GA version of HJR 169, and Sections 1 through 5 of the GA version of HCR 161; renumber the sections accordingly; and amend the title to read as follows: A JOINT RESOLUTION requiring state agencies to perform certain functions.
