AN ACT relating to hazardous duty retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.592 to add the position of public health environmentalist to those included in the definition of hazardous duty; create a new section of KRS Chapter 212 to require health departments to apply for hazardous duty coverage for public health environmentalist positions and to pay the required employer contributions to the pension.
