AN ACT relating to local taxation.
Create various new sections of KRS Chapter 67 to provide for uniform definitions and administration of the occupational license tax and net profits tax; amend KRS 68.180, 68.197, and 91.200 to conform.

HFA (1, C. Belcher) - Amend to provide that a tax district may impose minimum and maximum tax liabilities for the tax on compensation.
