AN ACT relating to motor vehicles.
Amend KRS 186.010, 186.412, and 186.430 to provide for driver's licenses to North American nationals who are residents of the Commonwealth and to make technical amendments; make amendments to conform; and name the bill the "North American Driver's Licensing Act."
HB 11 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete the provisions of the original bill and insert in lieu thereof provisions to create an Immigrant Driver's Licensing Task Force to examine the issue of undocumented foreign nationals driving without obtaining a legal driver's license; establish membership; direct findings and legislative recommendations to be submitted to the Legislative Research Commission not later than November 30, 2003.
HCA (1/Title, H. Collins) - Amend the title to read as follows: "AN ACT creating an Immigrant Driver's Licensing Task Force."
