AN ACT relating to toll roads.
Amend KRS 175.525 to exempt disaster relief vehicles owned by nonprofit organizations from tolls when the vehicles are responding to disasters as declared by the federal government or a state government.

HCA (1/Title, H. Collins) - Amend the title to read as follows: "AN ACT relating to vehicles used in disaster relief efforts."
HFA (1, A. Smith) - Require the Secretary of the Transportation Cabinet to remove tolls on the Daniel Boone Parkway within 30 days of the effective date of the Act.
