AN ACT relating to personal care homes.
     Create a new section of KRS 216.750 to 216.780 to permit a personal care home resident to request the Cabinet for Health Services to waive the limitations on the provision of medical services in a personal care home if the person can demonstrate that transfer to another facility would cause undue hardship.
