AN ACT relating to medical licensure.
     Amend KRS 311.586 to require physicians to report addresses where practicing medicine and report changes of address; amend KRS 311.606 to require the Board of Medical Licensure to inform medical associations, societies, and facilities of action taken against a licensee within 24 hours of the action; create new section of KRS Chapter 311 to create physician liability for cost of services performed under an inactive license.
