AN ACT relating to state employee health insurance.
     Amend KRS 18A. 225 to limit the employee contribution for dependent plan coverage for state employee health insurance to an amount not to exceed one and four-tenths percent (1.40%) of the federal poverty guidelines for a family of four (4) published annually by the United States Health and Human Services Cabinet.
