AN ACT relating to the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors.
Amend KRS 244.085 to delete language permitting minors to be on the premises of a facility selling alcoholic beverages if the facility has an inventory of at least $5000 of food.
HB 139 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions; add language clarifying that minors may remain at convenience stores, grocery stores, drug stores, or similar establishments.
SFA (1, J. Pendleton) - Attach provisions of SB 158 to HB 139; except delete provision barring arrests of offenders.
