AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 164.746, relating to the board of directors of the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA), to add to the board the eight (8) public members of the board of directors of the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation; direct that the corporation members serve on the KHEAA coextensively with their terms as members of the board of directors of the corporation; make other amendments to conform and clarify; confirm the Governor's reorganization Executive Order 2002-849, dated July 18, 2002, to the extent it is not otherwise confirmed by this Act.
