AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 189A.104 to delete requirement that testing apparatus be at a police station or testing facility and to specify that a testing machine does not include a preliminary breath testing device; amend KRS 189A.105 to specify new warnings given at DUI testing; and amend KRS 189A.107 to specify a revised license revocation period.
