AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.637, relating to reemployment after retirement, to void the retirement of a member of the Kentucky Retirement Systems retired prior to normal retirement age who is reemployed by the same employer within 12 months of termination; require the member to repay all retirement and medical benefits received and to contribute to his or her previous retirement account; provide that retirees reemployed more than 12 months after termination must contribute to second retirement account.
