AN ACT relating to access to justice programs.
Amend KRS 27A.630 to increase the filing fee for civil actions to provide additional funding for access to justice programs providing free or reduced legal assistance to indigent civil litigants.
HB 163 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, E. Harris) - Amend to provide that an amount not to exceed $200,000 from the Access to Justice Fee shall be appropriated to organizations that specialize in providing legal representation and services to children.
