AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.637 to provide that the retirement of an elected official shall be void if the person resigns from office and is employed in an elected office in the same retirement system within 12 months of resignation; require elected official to repay benefits received and contribute to previous retirement account.
