AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.552 to permit an employee participating in one of the retirement systems administered by the Kentucky Retirement System to purchase service credit for service on a school board; require the employee to pay the retirement system the full cost of the service purchased; require an employee who opts to purchase service credit for service on a school board to contract with the system prior to December 31, 2003.
