AN ACT relating to death certificates.
     Amend KRS 213.076 to provide that, if a cause of death is unknown or under investigation, the death certificate may be filed with an "unknown" or "pending investigation" notation on the cause of death; provide that results of pending tests or investigation shall be filed at a later time with the Department for Public Health with a supplemental report.
