AN ACT relating to restitution in criminal cases.
     Amend KRS 532.032 and 532.033, relating to restitution in criminal cases, to specify that restitution is to be ordered except for good cause shown and entered in the court record by the sentencing judge; provide that the sentencing court may order interest on restitution; clarify the contents of the order of restitution; amend KRS 532.160, 532.350, 431.200, 532.210, 532.220, 532.356, 532.358, 533.010, 533.030, 533.254, 635.010, 635.060, and 439.563 to conform.
