AN ACT relating to substance abuse.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 202A, 222, and 645 to provide for involuntary commitment of persons suffering from alcohol and other drug abuse who present a danger to themselves or others; amend KRS 387.540, 600.020, 610.127, 620.023 and 625.090 to conform; name act "The Matthew Casey Wethington Act for Substance Abuse Intervention."
