AN ACT creating an additional circuit court judgeship in the Thirty-second Judicial Circuit.
     Amend KRS 23A.040 to omit the Thirty-second Judicial Circuit; amend KRS 23A.045 to include the Thirty-second Judicial Circuit; delay effective date until June 1, 2004.
