AN ACT relating to commerce.
     Create a new section of KRS 365.800 to 365.840 to govern agreements between a wholesaler, manufacturer, or distributor of farm, construction, earth moving, or lawn and garden equipment, and a retailer of such equipment; amend KRS 365.800 to conform.
