AN ACT relating to cosmetology fees.
     Amend KRS 317A.050 to increase the fees paid for obtaining and maintaining licenses issued by the cosmetology board; require providers of continuing education classes to pay an application fee of $200; require such providers to pay a fee of $50 if requesting changes in the continuing education program.
