AN ACT relating to occupational license fees and taxes.
     Amend KRS 68.180 to exempt ministers from the license and occupational tax in counties with a population of 300,000 or more; amend KRS 68.190 making a technical correction; amend KRS 68.197 to exempt ministers from the license and occupational tax in counties having a population of 30,000 or more; amend KRS 91.200 to exempt ministers from the license and occupational tax in cities of the first class; amend KRS 92.300 to exempt ministers from the license and occupational tax in cities of the second to the sixth class; amend KRS 160.483 to exempt ministers from the license and occupational tax; amend KRS 68.199 to conform; EFFECTIVE July 1, 2003.
