AN ACT relating to penalties for a violation of traffic regulations.
     Create two new sections of KRS Chapter 520 to define the crimes of leaving the scene of an accident in the first and second degrees; amend KRS 186.580 to modify existing provisions relating to requirements for stopping when involved in an accident and to add a 48-hour requirement for reporting accidents; amend KRS 186.560, 189.990, 189.999, 431.005, 431.015, and 431.410 to conform.
