AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 520.095, relating to eluding police in the first degree, to increase penalty from Class D to Class C felony; amend KRS 520.100, relating to eluding police in the second degree, to increase penalty from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony.
