AN ACT relating to vacancies in candidacy.
     Amend KRS 118.105 to provide that, if a vacancy occurs in the nomination of a candidate after the certification of candidates for the regular election, no certifications of nomination may be filed for replacement candidates, and any candidate whose name does not appear on the ballot may seek election by write-in voting under KRS 117.265; and amend KRS 118.305 to delete provision for placing replacement candidate on ballot or provision of supplemental paper ballot.
