AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 522.020 relating to official misconduct in the first degree to increase the penalty from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony where the offense involves the illegal or unauthorized expenditure of $1,000 or more in public funds or involves intentional repeated or continuous conduct.
