HB 25 (BR 42) - J. Gooch
AN ACT relating to insurance continuing education.
Amend KRS 304.9-295 to provide that each ethics course for members of the Kentucky General Assembly under KRS 6.711 and 6.716 shall be deemed approved by the commissioner of insurance for continuing education ethics credits for licensees who are members of the Kentucky General Assembly.
HB 25 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, J. Gooch) - Create a new section of KRS Chapter 6 to provide that ethics courses provided under KRS Chapter 6 taken by legislators who hold a license from a licensing authority shall be deemed approved by the licensing authority if it requires ethics continuing education for licensees.
HFA (2/Title, J. Gooch) - Make title amendment.
