AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Amend KRS 136.070, 141.010, 141.040, and 141.206 to change the corporate nexus standard from physical presence to doing business in Kentucky; amend KRS 139.340 to impose sales tax collection duties on out-of-state sellers with sufficient Kentucky contacts; amend KRS 141.010 to eliminate the income tax deduction for taxes paid to foreign countries.
