AN ACT relating to motor vehicle equipment.
Amend KRS 189.950 relating to prohibited lights on motor vehicles to prohibit the use of a red, blue, or green light which shines to the front of a motor vehicle on, in, or under a motor vehicle; exempt U.S. Department of Transportation approved headlights.
HB 262 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, H. Cornett) - Retain the provisions of the original bill with the following exception: amend Section 1, subsection (2) to exempt commercial motor vehicles weighing 10,001 pounds or greater from the prohibition of using colored lights on the vehicle.
