AN ACT relating to the naming of colleges in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.
     Amend 164.595 to provide that the board of regents for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System shall designate the names of institutions within the system, including a merger of a community college and a technical college; provide that when a merger is completed between the Paducah Community College and the West Kentucky Technical College the name shall be the West Kentucky Community and Technical College.
