AN ACT relating to the lottery.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 154A to establish a new lottery scratch-off game; require proceeds to be deposited in the support education excellence in Kentucky fund; amend KRS 154A.130 to conform; amend KRS 154A.020 to allow advertising of game and designate how funds are to be used.
