AN ACT relating to the Motorcycle Advisory Commission for Highway Safety.
Create two new sections of KRS Chapter 176 to establish the Motorcycle Advisory Commission for Highway Safety, set forth duties, memberships, and responsibilities; establish staggered terms for initial members.

HFA (1, C. Geveden) - Amend Section 1 to add a provision that the Commission shall study the use of helmets by motorcyclists and determine how effective helmet use is in protecting persons operating motorcycles and how helmet use complements safety measures associated with highway construction.
