AN ACT relating to fertilizer.
Amend KRS 250.381 to require quarterly reports, rather than monthly, quarterly, or semiannual, on the number of tons of fertilizer sold in the state, specify the dates the reports are due, impose a collection fee on reports not made within 15 days, rather than 30 days, of the due date, and make the reports confidential; amend KRS 250.990 to increase the circumstances under which a person would be guilty of a violation; make technical corrections; repeal KRS 250.386.
