AN ACT relating to the records of Public Service Commission proceedings.
Amend KRS 278.360 to permit the Public Service Commission to videotape official proceedings before them; exempt requirement for stenographic transcript; permit a party to a proceeding before the commission to obtain a stenographic transcript by request.
