AN ACT relating to children committed to the custody of the state.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 194B to permit the Cabinet for Families and Children to establish a pilot program to provide residential services for sibling groups committed to the cabinet; require the cabinet to solicit proposals from existing agencies; permit the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to implement the program.
