AN ACT relating to wireless communications.
     Create the Kentucky Wireless Interoperability Executive Committee to advise the chief information officer regarding strategic wireless initiatives to achieve public safety voice and data communications interoperability; define terms; prescribe committee membership, terms, and organization; require the chief information officer to establish and implement a statewide public safety interoperabilitiy plan and report annually to the Interim Joint Committee on Seniors, Veterans, Military Affairs, and Public Protection and the Interim Joint Committee on State Government; establish a Public Safety Working Group.
