AN ACT relating to venue for the adjudication of a criminal offense or a civil action, including a boundary dispute, arising from an act committed against state military training land.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 36 to require that venue shall lie in Franklin Circuit Court or Franklin District Court, as appropriate, for the adjudication of a criminal offense or a civil action, including a boundary dispute, arising from an act committed against state military training land; require that any party may obtain change of venue as in other cases.
