AN ACT relating to chiropractors.
Amend and create new sections of KRS Chapter 312; facilitate the board's authority to monitor and hold accountable licensees who violate provisions of this Act; update terminology and accreditation procedures; establish a quorum for the board; authorize board to subpoena witnesses and evidence; authorize payment of witnesses commensurate with Circuit Court witness pay; increase initial license, renewal, and restoration fees; allow the board to increase fines; and repeal KRS 312.135.
