AN ACT relating to the Governor's Office for Technology.
     Amend KRS 11.515 to add to the membership of the Geographic Information Advisory Council (in the Governor's Office for Technology) the executive director of the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority or his or her designee; repeal KRS 42.630, relating to legislative findings regarding geographic information systems, and reenact it as a new section of KRS Chapter 11; repeal KRS 42.650, relating to the Office of Geographic Information, reenact it as a new section of KRS Chapter 11, and amend it to move the office from the Finance and Administration Cabinet to the Governor's Office for Technology.
