AN ACT relating to compulsory school attendance.
     Amend KRS 159.030 to provide that effective July 1, 2005 until June 30, 2006, compulsory school attendance shall be between the ages of six and seventeen; effective July 1, 2006 and thereafter, compulsory school attendance shall be between the ages of six and eighteen.
