AN ACT relating to solid waste as a fuel for generating electricity.
     Amend KRS 224.40-315(4) to amend definition of "municipal solid waste disposal facility" to include any facility utilizing waste, processed waste or refuse-derived fuel material as a fuel for the generation of electricity; amend KRS 224.01-010(23) to amend definition of "refuse-derived fuel."
