AN ACT relating to workers' compensation.
     Amend KRS 342.680 to create a presumption that a heart or lung disease, or related medical condition, in a paid or volunteer firefighter is work related if the employee has served as a firefighter for a minimum of five consecutive years, and has been actively engaged in firefighting activities during his or her employment.
