HB 341 (BR 1362) - H. Moberly
AN ACT relating to the qualifications of Kentucky Board of Education members.
Amend KRS 156.029 to clarify that no Kentucky Board of Education member at the time of the member's appointment or during the member's time of service shall be engaged as a professional educator in elementary or secondary education.
HB 341 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, E. Worley) - Amend KRS 164.321 to require that a member of the board of regents of a regional university or KCTCS shall lose his or her eligibility to serve if he or she assumes residency outside the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
SFA (2/Title, E. Worley) - Make title amendment.
